After signups are closed, I will email anyone who has no one they can write for so that they can add offers and wait 48 hours for a response. After that, or if no one is unmatchable, it should be no more than 24 hours until assignments go out.
Shortly after signups close, I will open the Madness Collection for signups, where it will remain open until reveals. This is a no commitment, no guarantee collection: throw your fics in and see if anyone wants to remix them!
